Welcome to SnapPicel. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SnapPicel online photobooth services. By using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms and Conditions.

SnapPicel provides web-based software services (online photobooth) for digital entertainment documentation purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all service features at any time without prior notice.
SnapPicel menyediakan layanan perangkat lunak (online photobooth) berbasis web untuk keperluan dokumentasi hiburan secara digital. Kami berhak untuk mengubah, menangguhkan, atau menghentikan sebagian atau seluruh fitur layanan kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
All payments made within the SnapPicel service are final and non-refundable unless a technical error occurs resulting in the service being completely unusable. Payments are processed securely through an official Payment Gateway provider.
Seluruh pembayaran yang dilakukan dalam layanan SnapPicel bersifat final (tidak dapat dikembalikan/non-refundable) kecuali terjadi kesalahan teknis yang mengakibatkan layanan sama sekali tidak dapat digunakan. Pembayaran diproses secara aman melalui penyelenggara gerbang pembayaran (Payment Gateway) resmi.
You agree not to use the SnapPicel service for unlawful purposes, creating pornographic content, violence, or offending SARA (Ethnicity, Religion, Race, and Inter-group relations). We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a violation of these provisions is found.
Anda setuju untuk tidak menggunakan layanan SnapPicel untuk tujuan yang melanggar hukum, membuat konten pornografi, kekerasan, atau menyinggung SARA. Kami berhak menolak atau menghentikan layanan jika ditemukan pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan ini.
SnapPicel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
SnapPicel tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial yang timbul dari penggunaan atau ketidakmampuan menggunakan layanan kami.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page.
